What a Mess
The Poles have been evicted from No.16 and the builders have moved in.
The builders have, antisocially, dumped all the rubbish in an imaginary skip.
They should try:
Conifers Good
Some delightful dwarf conifers have been planted at N0.13
along with some matching dwarf daffodils.

Although how this benefits the community is questionable.
