There was a gap between 8 & 9  so we plugged it with a plastic planter and a water butt. 

my neighbors at No.8 made a planter from a disused rabbit hutch.

Not to be out done I planted outside my house.

When i moved into Holbeck Row i found three evidently keen gardeners In two of the houses in the road.
